Vojak is the highest peak of Učka mountain which devides Istra peninsula form the rest of the country. Acess is paved, good for visiting throughout the year exept in winter days when there can be snow at the top. Road from Rijeka and Opatija to Istria is good and maintained even in winter but when you turn left at Vela Učka pass to the narrow road that goes to the top I experienced problems with snow in December and couldn`t reach the top by motorcycle. In spring, summer and autumn there is no problem, but in winter it is good to check whether there is snow at the top or not.
If you are lucky and the weather is good and sky is clear (for example after the rain and strong winds) the view is spectacular, you can see Istria peninsula, Kvarner bay, mountains in Gorski kotar and even Alpes in Slovenia and Italy.
