The Serbian Orthodox church in Medari, a village near Nova Gradiška and Okučani in Croatia, was a site of destruction, as depicted in this 2018 image on Wikimedia Commons. The structure was heavily damaged or destroyed in the conflict during "operation Flash" on may 1th 1995 , serving as a marker of that period in the region.
When you ride along this street there is no house without the scars of war. a grim reminder of the disaster this region had to endure.
