Die Burgruine Ehrenberg bewachte einst, gemeinsam mit der Festung auf dem Schlosskopf, der Klause Talsperre und dem Fort Claudia das gesamte Tal, eine sehr eindrucksvolle Festungsanlage, die man hervorragend besichtigen kann. Man sollte aber etwas Zeit einplanen, es lohnt sich.

Together with the fortress on the Schlosskopf, the Klause barrier, and Fort Claudia, the Ehrenberg castle ruins once guarded the entire valley—an impressive fortification complex that is well worth visiting. You should set aside some time for it; it is certainly worth the effort.
