About this place
The famous Dalecarlia horse, a Swedish national symbol, is being made at this location.
Two competing manufacturers - visit both for a complete historic overview - are keeping the tradition alive with hand-made wooden horses painted in nice colors.
Every horse is hand made.
Note: the image is from the largest Dalecarlia horse in Sweden, located outside Avesta.
